Everything that Sean told me about the process was Exactly as he described. There were no surprises. All the employees were nice and explained to us what they were doing. They were very inviting as we watched and asked questions, while they were working hard. Chuck was determined to make sure we were swimming on the 4th of July. There was minor issue with the waterfall feature. Chuck came out on July 4th to make it work, and it works great, Working with a family business the service you received is the best.”
